Dear friends and colleagues,
It is an honour for the team of the Urology Department of the “Victor Babes” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara to have you as guests to the Second International Symposium “Classic and Modern in Endourology”.
Endourology is such a dynamic part of our speciality, that what we call classic today, was very modern, not too far ago. Our Symposium confirms our determination to keep up with this dynamism.
Considering the positive feedback we have received after the inaugural edition, we decided to keep the same format of the Symposium. In order to achieve a high scientific standard and practicality, we will present the most actual endourological techniques, through state of the art lectures, round table debates, and live surgery.
We are very pleased to have distinguished guests, renowned personalities of international urology, also good friends of our Department and of Romanian Endourology. Our invited lecturers, together with our Romanian colleagues, will share their expertise with the participants to the Symposium.
The scientific activities will be complemented by what we hope to be an attractive social program, facilitating the interaction and information exchange among participants.
